Post natal probs - weak knees etc

Hi i wonder if anyone else can relate since giving birth in january im still quite tired got stretch marks and a saggy stomach andy knees are so weak?!!

I gave birth at end of February and my knees are horrendous! I'm slim and fit but I can hardly lift baby off his playmat my mum says it's from the weight we were carrying whilst pregnant and release of hormones etc???
