Post labour dissolvable stitches....

Hi ladies, do any of you know how long these dissolvable stitches take to dissolve? I gave birth on Thursday & apparently had a small tear in my labia & have got a few stitches. I haven't looked but its feeling less sore by the day but when will they be gone completely? x

Mine just kinda fell out!! Came away on the tissue! It was a gd 10/14days x

About 10-14 but as the wound is still healing expect it to feel a bit tight and sore for a bit

I had a torn labia too. I got dissovable stitches but the MW ended up taking them out for me after about 5 days because i was healing well and the stitches were uncomfortable.

So its been 16 days since i had the stitches would they have come out now? I darent look down their. Im no good with things like that. Last time i had a feel (thats as far as i will go) and it felt like the stitches had opened. I havent checked since. Im a wuss at things like this. Xxx
