I'm not almost 8 weeks postpartum and really need to get on losing weight. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been and need to do something about it! I've been swimming tonight and feel like I've had a good work out and hubby is going to fix my bike for me tomorrow. I downloaded myfitness pal so am going to get back on it dmwith the food too!
Anyone want to join in and offer each other motivation/support? Everyone welcome, even if not trying to lose baby weight!
