Possible fluid in fallopian tube

I think you go to User Control Panel, click on signature and then delete it! Are there any cute baby ones you can have instead?

Hi Blueflower just read your thread - you have had a rough ride, I just wanted to send lots of positive thoughts your way, I hope the fluid goes away naturally so you can avoid an operation and that baby dust comes your way this year. For some of us TTC is not an easy path, but when we do hopefully manage someday to have healthy babies we'll treasure them all the more xx

Hope your ok blueflower well as much as you can be , your doing well finding things to keep youself positive your husband sounds lovely, sure you can keep each other strong xxxx

It's all about the little things isn't it :) I'm shocked they are making you wait so long. That seems so unfair. I hope it drains naturally, And I hope people don't start pushing little ones on you that would drive me nuts! Enjoy the wine and I wish I could grow flowers I just seem to kill them I am the least green fingered person you will meet. I managed to kill cacti and some plant that is supposed to be indestructible I think it had the nickname resurrection plant or something... so rest assured I am jealous of your daffodils. Oh actually I tell a lie... I can grow dandelions and grass... but only in the cracks between the bricks on my drive lol. Call me sad but one day I actually went out and watered them as they were the only flowers in my garden lmao.

Sending you lots of luck hunny.

Hey have you had your date through yet? It does seem a long wait, mine has come through really quickly, I'm sorry your hospital is dragging its heels xx

No not yet. Its strange because I'm sure I got the last one through within a month. Maybe its because it was requested by a private clinic so I don't have priority? When is yours Dee?

I'm currently waiting for AF, due around Monday, so that I can book my HSG. I'm not looking forward to it cos the last one was horrendous, but I'm hoping that it won't be so painful this time as I've had tubes through my cervix twice since then for IUI. Also if the fluid has gone I won't need to go through a laparoscopy. It would also be good if the dye cleared the hydrosalpinx.

Its been weird having a cycle with no clomid, no OPKs and no chance of a BFP. Almost like being on holiday from TTC. A kind of limbo holiday!

Mines the 26th march so three weeks today. I'm sorry yours is taking do long, maybe it is because it's referred slightly differently, frustrating for you. Fingers crossed the hsg isn't painful, strangely mine was totally painless during it which given my blockage is weird! Xx

Good luck! The HSG is painless for lots of people so I'm hopeful! x

Blue flower, just wanted to say I have had 2 HSG's, the first one was really painful, I would compare it to a contraction, and had another recently and it was no where near as bad. Just a mild cramp. So I hope the same goes for you. Good luck honey xxx

Well I’ve booked the HSG but apparently I need another Chlamydia test or they won’t do it! So I’ve been stressing trying to arrange one after AF but with enough time to get the results back! The receptionist at the clinic said I might be able to get one done quicker at a Sexual Health clinic so I contacted an ex colleague who is now a family planning nurse & she gave me a swab yesterday and said if I take it to the hospital today I’ll get the results back in time. What a star! But AF is still here and you’re supposed to do it afterwards. She said it was absolutely fine, they can still analyse it but I’m worried it will be rejected and there won’t be time to do another one. I’ve done it but it was really red, I was so embarrassed handing it in in the clear bag!

She said something interesting about the hydrosalpinx actually, that they can be caused by drugs like clomid stimulating the ovaries. I don’t suppose the clinic would admit to that, and I took it willingly. But no one warned me it might happen.

That's interesting about the clomid being a possible cause. Any more updates hun?

Yes I had the HSG (I wrote about it on a thread called HSG no 2!) and it went well, no blockage hooray!
However I got a letter from the clinic on Friday saying that they still want me to have a laparoscopy to check the condition of the tubes! I was gutted! They say we can have IVF first though. But I wouldn't want a lap whilst I was pregnant! Or do they assume it won't work first time?!
I think we're going to say that we don't want the lap but will keep my name on the waiting list as they suggest, just in case the suspected hydrosalpinx returns.

Oh Hun that is fantastic news!!! I'm so happy for you x x x x Sorry I didn't notice your other hread as I don't come onto this side very often as I'm not really in LTTTC but i was really interested by your thread. Bes of luck and I hope IVF works quickly for you!

Thank you, that's really nice of you!
I suppose it still is good news, even though the clinic letter spoilt it a bit!
I'll just have to not get complacent and never expect to be in the clear!
