Poorly :(

OH and i have been away this weekend to stay with friends. Jack has been a bit of a nightmare and now i'm worried that he's ill. He didn't sleep well on friday night and yesterday he was very unsettled all day. He was feeding well, perhaps a bit too well because after a lot of guzzling he was violently sick last night. I'm bottle feeding and i took some of the pre-made cartons with us so i'm not sure if there was any difference between these and his usual powder that maybe he had a reaction to.

Afer he was sick last night he was became very snuffly like he has a cold and i've noticed a bit of dry snot under his nose. I've been feeling a bit ill myself so now feeling guilty that i may have passed it on. He barely slept at all last night which means i didn't either. Don't know if he realised we were away from home and just couldn't settle but it was really upsetting

I know he's going to get colds and stuff at some point but at 7 weeks he just seems so small. Anyone elses LO's had anything like this and what did you do? I heard a tip about putting them in a steamy bathroom to help clear their noses which we've tried. Just hate seeing him ill and unsettled x

Grace had her first cold about 8/9 weeks. We got the saline solution to squirt up her nose the try get the snot out and had to make her a shallow pillow with a blanket to help her sleep, & gave her calpol when she was really grizzly. If it is a cold all you can do it ride it out and try to keep them as snot free as you can
He may have been abit worse because you were somewhere new as well
