just a quick hello

Been very very since 3.10am to be precise, all through the day and have the poos too

Won't be around much as feel awful... been sleeping all day and little Sam has been a constant wriggler, but still wanted to let you know I'm here

Oh no Kirls!!! What a nightmare, is it something you ate or a bug? I have all the sympathy in the world for you as when I had it I just wanted to die!!

Make sure and drink, I always find ice lollys are good as they are real cold. I think Sam is just letting you know that he is still there and trying to make you feel better!!!

Now, to bed!! Or duvet on the sofa with a drink and the telly and a bowl!

aww sorry you are feeling rough just try to keep your fluids up...if you can't tolerate them then you should get checked out by docs.

Thank you for your well wishes ladies, feeling much much better today, 90% there

Felt dreadful yesterday, I was doin gthe ice lolly thing too, couldn't stomach water but the lollies went down well.

Luckilt my friend had been staying for a few days so I was well looked after as A was at work

The one thing that was concerning me was that Sam was moving and wriggling all day and night and never stopped and I was concerned that he was trying to tell me something was wrong but he is so much quieter today... that worries me too!

Going to have a chilled day today lying on the sofa and doing nothing again!
