PMDD

Anyone know anything about PMDD? It's supposed to be intense PMS with major mood disturbances, can be diagnosed and can be treated with birth control.
Anyone fighting this while TTC (since BC isn't really an option while TTC)?
Anyone know the symptoms?
I'd like more information if anyone can clue me in.

Another user has this so could say more about it. But it is often treated with antidepressants -maybe slightly more of an option when ttc, when they're necessary.
