has anyone been suffering from this....i have it big time in my feet, occasionally in my hands...its been going on for about a week now,its really annoying. xxxxxxx

I get this at night. It's poor circulation I think. I wake up with a dead arm and have to keep moving positions. It's really annoying.

Do you get cramp too?

It could be carpal tunnel syndrome, though if you have it in your feet at well then its probably just poor circulation.

I have quite severe CTS in my right hand now, its been coming on for about 6 weeks, and is a direct result of my occupation.

Its not very nice and unfortunately doesn't often go away after pregnancy.
