I thought it was something like that,
just read up about it and it says it could be Restless Leg Syndrome.
It goes hand-in-hand as a symptom with iron deficiency.
Since i got blood tests back as blood-count of 8 last week and have anaemia i'll put it down to it being connected.

ive been getting that too and interesting point about the iron deficiency, i was really low in iron when it was at its worse. i also have a tingling sensation in my arms, normally when i am trying to sleep, its really irritating as it keeps me awake.....hence why i am on here at 3.40am!

I get pins and needles in my hands and fingers most mornings, which wakes me up. Also when I'm lying down. Weird!
