Is this the one with the adverys saying "get skinny for summer" ??

If it is I think it's probably BullSh*t- any reputable slimming aid wouldn't use the word "skinny" in their ad.

Just My Opinion Of Course

If you are wanting to lose weight/tone up I really recommend joing a class. I go to an aerobics class once a week (my frined has Evie for an hour for me) and I love it- I've made a couple of new friends too :)

IF it works Ill have a dozen stuck all over me please - HIGHLY doubtful tho lol

breastfeeding helped me lose weight, i wouldnt worry about it til uv got babe off boob then see how u feel hun :D

It does slow down your appetite. i tried it for a week or so and I didnt even think about food until something reminded me but I dont think thats the best way to lose weight

Plus becareful with the subscriptions. If you send off for the free trial (£3.95 P+P) they automatically sign you up for monthly direct debits of £30 for a months worth of the patch.

she does use them, she said shes not lost more as such just maintains the weight she is,
in a nice way.. she was bit bitter to start with, generally bigger pple lose large amounts of weight quicker, then it comes to a halt.. if u get me? i may be wrong tho... she now just watched what she eats, but she look fab!!

xx

:? I wouldn't take anything that supresses my appetitie esp. not with a little bubby- they wear you out as it is!
I worry that these things become addictive- like if you see yourself losing wieght you will keep going past your original goal.

It took me until Evie was 6 months to get my pre-baby boday back. I know I have been lucky but I have also exercised quite a bit (just walking everywhere with the pram did most of it :) ) and just kept an eye on the amount of crap I eat ( I kept an eye on it... doesnt mean I stopped eating it! )
