Pineapple to induce labour

I have just read up on eating pineapple to induce natural labour and you have to eat at least 7 pineapples for it to work i have just eaten 1 small one and that was enough for me, god 7 pineapples you would have the squits for a month lmao

7 is a lot of pineapple.

I ate half a pineapple and my waters went the next day so there is hope im sure it worked for me.

I eat quite a lot anyway so I don't think it would have any effect on me? I quite fancy some now actually!

it will only work if the baby is ready to come. you'll just get the shits if its not.

yup it has to be fresh pineapple as it looses the enzymes when its tinned or juiced apparently

Bump is definitely reacting but hopefully not in a major way!! i'm not ready for it to come out yet... although before christmas would be nice..... hmmm

my midwife said three would be enough!! maybe it depends on the size of the fruit!!!!!!
I'm not overly keen on the little spikers though!
