Piles??? :0(

Sorry if TMI but last night after a poo , I wiped and there was quite a bit of bright red blood

I had a bit of pain passing the poo (sorry )

I am trying not to worry, seing midwife tomorrow so will mention it then.

Coud it be piles??? xx

u have just self diagnosed urself as havin piles zoe my love!!

dont worry, i had exactly the same thing, was absolute agony!!

it got worse after i had Jamie cos of the pushing and i had to be prescribed cream to sort it out but it does go I promise!!

just eat lots of fibre and drink lots of water and it will subside!

I had that too Zoe! Not exactly glam but pretty common in pregnancy.
I got some cream (gross!) which helped.
Drink lots of water and that'll help too.

Hey hon,

try germoloids or anusol. Both of which should give you immediate relief. You may want to have a quick check with the midwife first as to whether either of the above creams are contraindicated in pregnancy first.

im not supposed to be in here til next week but thought id reply, im having exactly the same problem, im in bloody agony every time i go, which aint very often anyway

try anusol..... had to go and get some, and it does relieve it a bit

Not that this is really relevant but if any of you have anusol cream it is also very good for facial spots if you suffer with them.

it sounds like it zoe. Don't worry your midiwfe will get some cream prescribed for you.
In the meantime try and eat a lot of roughage food such as whole meal bread and drink plenty. Try not to strain on the loo either. Go to the toilet as soon as you feel the need.
