can anyone tell me what the piercing is called, it is half way down ear the sort of lobey thing that sticks out.

i have no idea, but it is at the front of your ear, closest to your face and about an inch and half up from your ear lobe. does that sound right and it feels quite sensitive. i am thinking of having that pierced and was wondering if anyone knew of the cost roughly.

yep thats a tragus piercing, will cost around £20 done by a professional piercer and doesnt hurt too much

I have mine done. That was the most pain-free one i've had! I love it.

I had mine gunned, its not recommended like that though, i had no problems with it and love it but if it swells that gunned ones dont have enough room to swell, i was ok cos generally i dont swell up much.

i did think it hurt though but not hugely

Mine was done with a long needle. I have a ring in mine. Had it done 4 years.

Ive had mine done for nearly 3 years now, I have alot of piercings and a tattoo and it was the only one that bloody hurt lol

wow i'm shocked some ppl have said it isnt painful- i would have thought it was really bad being such thick cartilage-
my scaffold bar at the top hurt enough- thats why i have never got my tragus done!!
