Physio appointment

Woo hoo, I see the physio on Wednesday. I am most happy about this.

Though it's bloody typical, my back and legs aren't hurting as much as they were today.

Those of you with SPD, what has the physio done to help you?

Dunno about physio hun but I have the chiropractor on tuesday wooop. Still feel like I've been kicked up the ass . Fx it gives you some relief from the pain hun xxxxxxxxxx
