I took out a 24 month bloody phone contract with Vodafone on a BlackBerry Storm. I'm on my 3rd, soon to be my 4th because of application errors and system failures. The phone is faulty and they're bringing out a new one to replace it. Can I ask for a new one? This is getting ridiculous
