periods after pregnancy....

Evie was 13 weeks when I got mine.

Are you breastfeeding? That will generally delay things for a while, especially if you are exclusively breastfeeding.

Although PLEASE don't rely on it for contraception! I was breastfeeding my youngest up until a month or so ago when I discovered that I was pregnant again despite not having a period since she was born (she's now 11 months!) I was on the mini pill but rubbish at taking it and guess I got complacent cos I knew I hadn't started my periods! Whoops! We are waiting for a scan to date the pregnancy!

did you breastfeed at all? I only fed Evie for the 10 days but mine still didn't come til 13 weeks. It came dead on when I used to come on though so I am hoping I am back on my old cycle (bar a few days odd bleeding but I think that was the MAP! )

at first they were regular,and now that we decided to ttc #2 my cycles are sometimes messed up - typical!

Mine came bang on 8 weeks after Sams birth.

I breastfed for the first 2 weeks then bottle fed.

13 or 14 weeks after Louis's birth,,, I breastfed for four weeks (and not even exclusively),,, I bought a few pregnancy tests before having my periods back
