After much thought I've pretty much decided that I'm gonna try a copper IUD as Im not keen on hormonal contraception.
One question though, at the moment my periods haven't returned as I'm breastfeeding. Will a coil bring my period back? I've heard the copper coil makes them heavier and more painful so I'm hoping they'll stay away!
