period type pains

I'm 29 weeks and for the past week or so i have been getting really bad period pains and really bad back-ache and its getting worse. I know its not braxton hicks because i have been having these since i was 16 weeks any one got any advice etc or been through this??

mention to ur midwife they say you should mentio cramping if less than 37 weeks x
