Hi
I posted about this probably 2 weeks ago lol... But i thought it was from starting and stopping the pill. Well it's happened again so I don't think it was the pill causing it.
Had my baby in June, started the mini pill on 10th Aug then stopped not long after due to side affects.
My period cycles are 15-17 days now, they used to be 30/31 days, and I'm pretty sure its making me anemic.
I will get a drs appointment, but just wondering if anyone has had this happen and know why?

I did have the mini pill for 2 years before I came off to ttc her so maybe related?

I only took it for Max 10 days though. I have severe back pain with it (I have low back pain all day everyday but yesterday and today I can barely move)
Also it usually comes on when me and OH dtd. Ive started getting bad pain during sex, like higher up, in my ovaries and all across pelvis. Does it sound like pcos? When we was ttc our first and having all the losses, I was tested for it and sent for scans it was all normal.

I definitely will speak with the doctor to sort it out especially because of the anemia , sending a

I'm booked in at the Drs, first avaliable appointment is in October ffs. Also booked a smear hopefully I won't be bleeding ugh as it's in 2 weeks :/

Hope you get it sorted. It's such a pain you have to wait that long to be seen. My doctors have same day appointments if you call that morning. Might be worth a try if you want to be seen sooner.

They do, but they wont let me see a dr has to be the nurse practicener... And it has to be an 'emergency' appointment, it cant be an ongoing issue. I've recently changed gp practice cos moving to a new area. Never had this issue before always let me have same day appointments. Thinking about changing again tbh.

I went to the Drs last week due to severe pain in my pelvis, I had a UTI, she said that's what was the cause of the pain and extra periods??!!! No, I don't think so. Like she presses on the middle of my belly right above my vjj and was god awful pain. My back feel like I'm having contractions like I did when i was in labour. I just dont know what to do if they send me away saying I'm still recovering from birth????

Could it of lead to a kidney infection? My friend ended up in hospital from a urine infection that went to kidneys! Thebpain was like labour she said xx

Some GPs are just rubbish. We moved around a bit a few years ago so we had lots of different ones. Some were just hopeless. Hope you get it sorted.
