Basically I constantly feel like someone has kicked me hard between the legs and it's worse if I squat down (answer don't squat down) to test the bath water or something like that, and it hurts when putting sock or trousers on.
This is my 3rd pregnancy and I had something like this with my last one and my Midwife just dismissed it as something that happens in subsequent pregnacies. But it actually got to the point that it hurt to walk at times and I didn't have it this early.
To those with experience could this be the start of or mild SPD?
Thanks xx

Yes lovie it's SPD. You can phone your midwife and get her to refer you to Physio were they will give you tips on how to handle it and give you a bump belt to help with the pain.

Tips to try in the meantime whilst you're waiting are

* keep your legs together and try not to separate them too far apart
* sleep with a pillow in between your legs
* walk upstairs one step at a time, rather than walk up the stairs normally
* have showers instead of baths so you don't have to separate your legs.

I was diagnosed with SPD in my 2nd pregnancy and I spent most of it in tears. This time I've seen a Chiropracter privately and my SPD has been great and manageable. It's never going to be totally perfect while pregnant but I'm still walking which is the main thing. It may be something for you to consider if you feel like you can't cope with it any longer.

Thanks for that PinkPanther, I see my midwife in a couple of weeks so I will mention it to her then, luckily she is not the same one that dismissed it last time. At the moment it is just a constant ache unless I put socks on standing up etc so I'll follow your advice and see what my midwife says.
Thanks again. x
