Pelvic floor

Well since having 3 tiddlers my pelvic floor just isn't the same :oops: .

I do the excercises but do forget and am not sure I'm doing them right and it's really starting to bother me.

So I 've been thinking of getting one of those devices that you "use", they are weighted and you increase the weights as you pelvic floor gets stronger.

Has any one used one, I was thinking of getting one called Aquaflex

hi hun my friend had trouble after her baby and could not get it right in the end someone advised her to speak to her gp who referred her for physio for it its been a long haul but she says its the best thing she ever did and she is now better than before she had baby :shock: it did take about 6-9 months though xxxxx
