Hi Girls

I am still not 100% I am exercising my pelvic floor and keep forgetting as well is anyone else having problems? a friend told be its like tensing your vagina (TMI!) this I can do for seconds! xx
 
It's like stopping a wee mid flow (although this isn't the recommended way to do them) but if you try it once at least you know it's the right muscles your working, or if your trying to hold a fart in lol, which happens a lot these days ha ha!

I do mine when I'm reading or whenever it's mentioned somewhere as it reminds you! Some people do it while cleaning their teeth which is a good way to remember
