I remember now what i meant to ask the midwife. Brain really not good at mo.

I think i am sure ish what i am meant to do for pelvic floor exercises but can anyone recommend a site that would be worth reading.

I should do some really but I'm quite sure I do not have a pelvic floor any more lol
