So bit of context, I had a long drawn out blighted ovum miscarriage from 8th December to the 25th after I should have been 8 weeks pregnant. I went through a type of labour to ‘deliver’ the pregnancy sac, etc. Very traumatic.

But ANYWAY! Since all that, fiancé and I have been doing the BD to TTC again (obviously unlikely to happen this month but you never know) and we have noticed something causing friction and a bit of discomfort when doing the BD. I had a check down there and I can feel a bumpy something at the front inside.. I’ve googled (and we all know that’s the best thing to do :rotfl:) and I think it is a pelvic prolapse of some organ or another...

Has anyone got any experience or advice on this? I’m seeing the doctor this morning but I just want to prepare myself.

Sorry for the TMI, just an anxious worrier TTC!

It sounds a bit like your bladder has collapsed. I had it after the birth of my daughter, it doesn't go away but you can improve your muscles down there by doing pelvic floor exercises.
My physiotherapist told me to do 10 muscle squeezes 3 times daily.
It has helped with incontinence but it's not a miracle cure. Good luck tomorrow!x

I thought this! Doctor was male so he couldn’t have a look, got to go back Tuesday.
Started doing the pelvic floor exercises last night so I’ll keep them up like you said. Just hoping it doesn’t keep interfering with BD’ing and pregnancy!

Thank you for your comment Kitana and congratulations on your BFP! X

Thank you, that's so sweet!

My oh did say it felt different in the beginning but it has improved! I don't think it affects your chance of getting pregnant hun! My doctor had told me I could get a vaginal mesh but I've heard loads of horror stories about those! But they don't place them in women who still have a baby wish.

Good luck on Tuesday then!;)
