I am REALLY struggling to remember to do any!! I'm not sure if its baby brain or just a mental block but I see something about them every few days and think "god I haven't done them again"!! I'm going to end up totally incontinent at this rate!! Does anyone have any really good tips for remembering to do them? I know someone had said do them every time you put your hands in water, or every time you do something else to remember but my brain doesn't seem to want to remember them at all!!
 
I never remember to do mine!

At parent craft class they suggested doing them every time you do the washing up or every time you stop at a red light.
 
I'm in the same boat, I can never remember to do them :( maybe we should bump this thread to remind everyone lol xxx
 
I try to do them after I've been to the loo. In the time it takes to reset my clothes, wash and dry my hands, I can do three long exercises. Over the course of the day it means I've done quite a few.
 
I never to do these either :( kinda gave up now
 
Oh I'm pleased it's not just me! Orion I will try and do this too...if I remember haha! Cakey I'm with you on that one- maybe if I see this all the time I will start and actually do them!
 
Maybe just do it everytime you're on pregnancy forum! :) chuck it in your signature to remind yourself when you're posting. :rofl: xx
 
There was a 'do your kegals and bump' thread that I found quite helpful when I was in tri 2. Maybe starting a thread like that could help. I would managage a few days sometimes but I have never been very good at remembering and dont have any mayjor problems after even with two LO's under two so dont panic. I'm sure they can really help but you are not doomed if you dont remember to do them 10x every day!

I think having a bump thread is a good idea, I do them every time I see this thread now.

This is working!!! I did my last lot last night in bed when I saw your last posts girls!! (OH had a rubbishy film on so I was on here)!

I was just about to ask how many are u supposed to do? Id be lucky to remember to do 1 never mind 50!?
 
I think you do 10 repetitions every time you do it, and try to do it 5 times a day xx
 
I read 30 3 times a day. I just have a reminder on my phone 3 times a day haha :) xx
 
50 a day??!! Oh good lord- I can't remember to do 30!! Urgh can't wait to be able to not think about them any more! Does anyone know when you can stop after baby is here?
