Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Jess - you basically have to squeeze the same muscles you would if you wanted to stop peeing mid stream. When I do it I do a set of 10 where I quickly squeeze and release without more than a second gap between each one. Then I do another set of 10 where I squeeze and hold it for 5 seconds, relax, then do it again x
