OMG I am so crap at remembering this I have done about 20 the whole pregnancy, I am going to be the one in nappies after birth not the baby haha. Doing it now! x

Done mine haha, thanks Hun! I only do about 1 set a day when I remember! I'm defo going to be peeing myself in the future :/ oops xxx

Totally forgot again all day but just done some now :D

Jess - you basically have to squeeze the same muscles you would if you wanted to stop peeing mid stream. When I do it I do a set of 10 where I quickly squeeze and release without more than a second gap between each one. Then I do another set of 10 where I squeeze and hold it for 5 seconds, relax, then do it again x

Had a total fail, tried to do mine but it just sent massive shooting pains through my bump. Might be Tena Ladies for me at this rate! x
 
Bumping this up! It just reminded me to do my first set for today! I'm so bad at remembering! X
 
And squeeze - up early watching baby tv with my youngest, so might as well do them now :)
