Pcos tracking Ov?

Anybody now anything or have any info on using saliva to track Ov with pcos?

Never have much luck with opks, I work shift work mostly nights so bbt is not always acurate for me and its my second month on clomid so looking at other options? Tia x

I have PCOS only very mild and I tend to track ovulation wity ewcm. Although this is my first cycle with clomid and I’ve had Ewcm for ages now! It’s so confusing!

I know a girl that used saliva-microscope, if that's what you meant? It worked for her and it was really exciting to follow her and see the pictures of saliva crystals.
