Paracetamol?

Hiya,

I cant remember if its ok to take paracetamol in the first trimester? I have terrible headache and it just wont budge. I know you can take it later on but do any of you know if its safe now? xx

Paracetamol is fine - ibruprofen is out of the question tho xx

Yeah they advised me to take only paracetamol for cramps and stuff.
