Hello,

Is anyone else being woken by an adrenalin rush during the night/morning.

For the past two night I have woken up at about 5am with a beating heart and adrenalin rush which makes me need to vomit.

I am also full of the cold so I know that won't be helping the situation.

I am 7 weeks today with twins.

Can't say I've experienced that in the pregnancy, maybe you have a fever? I'd call gp or mw if it's worrying you. Hope it doesn't happen again, doesn't sound very nice! X

I get that horrible rush then I'm sick!! Have no idea why I just connect it with sickness xx

I have panic attacks that wake me during the night especially around ovulation and af. In pregnancy its sky high especially when i was preg with twins. The hormones cause anxiety and panic etc and also the extra blood needed causes your heart to beat stronger and faster xxx

That makes total sense!! Thank goodness someone else knows what I am talking about. I wasn't sure if it was my body telling me to wake up because I was going to be sick, or if I was sick because of the adrenalin rush.

I will let my MW know about it too just incase....these pesky twins!!

I have been suffering with panic attacks and heart palpitations. I mentioned it to the mw and she didn't seem worried. I have been under alot of stress with ex husbands and his new partner! Are you feeling stressed or worried at all? Xx
