I've just had a birth reflections meeting with a lovely lady who finally, after two and half years, has put my mind at peace with my first birth. Recommend it to anyone who has any complaints, questions or issues surrounding their previous births. If it changes anything I will be happy, I felt like she listened and took everything I said on board. I feel I can approach this pregnancy and birth with more confidence
