Anyone else still getting pains and twinges? All day today i've had a small pain that comes and goes low down on the right of my pelvis. Nothing too bad, like a stitch that comes and goes, but feels like it's inside me. Baby h/b is all ok. I've had lots of twinges all through this pregnancy but was hoping it was easing off now!

Oh Kate hun Im not sure about the aches and pains wearing off.........Im plagued with all sorts of aches and pains at the moment, nothing that worries me and I carry on as normal, just constant niggling aches, especially under my bump - Im also thinking they are going to get worse as time goes on.
Sounds like you are having ligament pain - and I was in agony with it at 18 weeks!!

I get twinges all the time especially when im walking about and they are very stitch like low down on either side. Also i find that sometimes mine can be related to needing the loo, i seem to of lost the urge to go but know i need to when i get a pain
It should ease off soon luv but with tia it was on and off the whole time

Thank you! Just needed a bit of reassurance, as i still find the equation of pregnancy+ pain hard to understand (apart from the labour bit, obviously!)
I've put a warm hot water bottle on the side that's hurting and that seems to have helped it eased off. Guessing it's round ligament that will just come and go.
I feel a lot better today after my stitch, thank you. Have had a rough week, but today i actually drove out to my local park for a coffee and feed the ducks. First trip outside in a week! Have no internal pain now (apart from this new one on my side!!!) but now it just feels like i'm wearing a tampon in me, if that makes sense??? Sort of full and a bit awkward.
Have my next cervical length scan tomorrow at 12, so just hoping so much that my cervix has stabilised now and i'll be able to get up and about a bit more.
Wish me luck!!! And GOD make this annoying pain on my knicker line stop!!! I end up not breathing properly because i'm waiting for the next little pain to come! Silly really..

Its perfectly normal, I've had loads of strange pains and twinges on and off throughout.
