Hi girls. for the past two days I have been getting huge stitch like pains in my right side, under bump, when I have been out walking with my dog. I thought it was because I was going too fast but have tried slowing down and it made no difference. Has anyone else had these types of pains, are they normal?

Ive had this and my midwife told me its just ligaments stretching with the weight of carrying a bump. Its very uncomfortable though and totally inconvenient not to be able to walk anywhere! x

Ah huni I get exactly the same, I'm ok if I wear over bump trousers but not anything else must be a support thing xxx

Me too. I've read that its normal in pregnancy. I get them when walking my doggies (they walk quite fast) or just at odd times either when walking slow or fast. Its just the ligaments stretching, nowt to worry about, but it can be quite uncomfortable. x

I got a tubi-grip from physio which worked quite well but now I've got a proper maternity support belt today for going on walks
