pains still there

for ages now ive been getting pains in my lower ab, on both sides i think where my ovaries are. it was really painful a few weeks before my 1st mc like a stitch type pain. anyway i had a scan to see if i had any cysts and she said everything looked fine. im reaally confused i dont know what these pains are but ive convinced myself there is something wrong thats why i keep miscarrying.

ohh Dina. I have no miracle answers for you hun, but maybe go and have a chat with your gp and tell them your worries. but then you probably have. I always believe that you mc because something isnt forming right. Just try to keep positive, your day WILL come
