Stabbing pains

The first 2 days of my period I had horrendous cramps and a stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen. My period is now trailing to an end but I've got stabbing pains on my left side now. Is this my ovaries doing something?

Not sure for you, I get random stabby pains all through the month, I think its ibs though rather than ovaries!! Hope it stops soon, its bad enough the witch arrives, its worse when she's a bitch..

I have IBS too, and this is nothing like my IBS pains. The witch is always a bitch for me lol. I've had these pains before and always wondered what it was.

I too have IBS and i cant ever work out what pains are what lol.
