Pains in uterus/ovarian area

Well as you all know as i cant stop going on about, i had sex with my oh a few days ago and this morning ive had some very uncomfortable and even painful twinges and a dull ache in this area. Could it be a sign or am i reading too much into this?

I didnt have it with the other two, or the babies i have lost.

I've had that for 3 days, just stopped today and thought I might be oving late. Strange babe I know
