Painful/Swollen Fingers

My fingers have been swollen for a while and I haven't been able to wear my rings for ages but the past week when I've been waking up the knuckles at the end of my fingers have been so sore and it hurts to grip anything alot too. Is this pretty normal? I know that swollen hands can be a sign of high blood pressure but when I was at the MW 2 weeks ago my BP was fine (110/60) which I'd be surprised if it had gone up enough to be considered high....

Any reassurance?

I have been getting this too for the last week (am 38wks now). I have been waking up and can hardly open and close my hands to begin with. I went to get it checked out and all was fine with BP and urine so it is likely to be just another of those pregnancy joys but if you are worried go get yourself checked out again as it is no fun worrying and they will reassure you.
