Pain on left side at night

last couple nights when i sleep on left side my lower tummy aches on left side and disturbs my sleep.....I'm getting up to pee two three times wondering if it's my bladder hurting?

anyone else had this?

I don't have any infection symptoms

ive been getting lower belly aches and waking desperate for a wee and after its still there, maybe its where were still for a long period of time x
