Pain in the back...

Had the most strangest feeling ever...
I know most of us are suffering with backache but I've had this twice this morning and it bloody hurts. I keep getting a really sharp twinge in my tail bone it feels like its tightening and like my back won't hold me up!!!
And then its fine, goes back to normal and then it happened again just.
Also keep feeling really sicky, have done for last few days have had to sleep with a bowl by the bed just incase i'm sick :/

Anyone know what could be causing it?

i had trapped nerve with my son and was fine when i sat down but couldnt get up again lol took me ages was like my leg/hip didnt work xx
