I have eaten many a packaged meat sandwich and deli meat throughout.......perosnally it depends where I buy it from and ensuring its not out of date, its the only way I get any protein as totally off "proper" meat at the moment!
I have read we shouldnt eat deli meat - there is a risk of bacteria, but I have done, its hard not to, but I always check it is in date and buy from the same place.
I thought Parmesan was fine so long as it is pasturised
