Another question from me:oooo:

Curiosity has got the better of me and I was just wondering if anyone ovulates early in their cycle. I'm going to temp next month so that I can start tracking my cycle properly but I have learnt that some women ovulate really early but still have the average day (28) cycle. Also some people who have the average day cycle report to ovulate really late like CD21. So my question is why do the medical profession stick to the 14 day rule, I know it is an average they use but online it suggest they will not even entertain the possibility of early ovulation.

I read on another site a woman ovulated on CD9, it was a fluke she got pregnant as it was literally the day after her period. It's just got me wondering if this is why it takes some people a bit longer if they concentrate on BD during the average 'fertile' days. Sorry for the long post, I'm just confused about all the conflicting info I'm reading. I tend to believe the women who have had this experience so if you can share some knowledge please do share :)

Hey hun. I am only using opks for the first time this.month. They did go darker on cd14 & cd15 but cant compare yet as only one cycle to go by so far. My cycles go from 25-33 days but i dont know if my ov varies depending on.cycle lenght. Not much help but didnt want to read and run.
