Ovulation testing help needed

Has anyone else been using the Clear Blue digital ovulation tests? I'm getting a high reading but not peak which indicates I'm not ovulating? After reading the instructions it does this can happen that you can actually go a time without ovulating but still have period etc??

Any one else experienced this?

Worried now maybe I have stopped ovulating permanently, have bee trying for baby number 2 since January and Drs say they won't run any tests until December as supposedly need to try for a year, again I'm worried as age is not on my side as I'm 40 next year

I think if you don't ovulate then you may bleed but you wouldn't have a normal period...that's what the GP told me. You could try temping to be sure...the chart will show you if you have ovulated. If you don't get a luteal phase you haven't ovulated. Have you tried cheap opk strips...just in case they work for you? Are you doing the CB tests first thing in the morning? How is your sleep? I only got peak and no high this month on CB, I think because I had a night where I was up all night.
