Hi ladies, I just wanted to know if anyone has tried or currently using the Ovulation Microscope. What is your opinion on it? Both negative and positive if any. I have just invested in one and wanted some feedback. Good luck to all ttc, baby dust all round xx

Not me, I'd love to know what it is and what it does though please xx

well this is what it says it does....

Ovulation Microscope is a high-quality saliva-based fertility test (or personal ovulation microscope) that allows you to predict ovulation with accuracy.

Simply add a drop of saliva to the lens and let the sample dry. In five minutes, view the sample through the microscope. Press the LED light button and focus the eyepiece of the microscope to sharpen the image. If you are ovulating - or about to ovulate - a "ferning", crystal-like pattern can be viewed.

So basically you look at the particles of your saliva once dryed under the lens and it shows diffeneret structures when ovulating called ferning. Yhet give you a diagram of what the particles should look like.

Read about it on sme fertility. I buy most off my stuff from this site too xx

Yeah thats what I thought, but wanted to know if anyone has had experience using it. I tried it last night and could see the ferning, which kinda looks like feathered particle. This means ovulation, as when not ovulating the particles should just look more like specs.
