Ovulation frustration.

Hi everyone. So I should of been ovulating on the 19th April. I was ovulating that date last month and the Flo app says it should of been yesterday but my ovulation strips say otherwise.

It's my first month trying and it's very stressing me and my partner out. I was scheduleling sex and that made us argue and put pressure on him and now I'm not ovulating when I should be Is really annoying.

Any advice would be great. Thankyou x hope your all well x

Hi! Sorry to hear that My cycle can be anything between 27 and 31 days so my ovulation window is 5 days. To be sure enough we had sex every day. This is our first time too trying. Try not to worry too much and relax. Both of you. Not many get it right the first time.

I’d be very surprised if you ovulate the same day every month. If your cycles are Inbetween days then ovulation will vary. You need to find the bracket of this and just do the deed on those days.
Remember flo is just an app so don’t solely trust on that. Keep doing your opk’s, look out for body signals etc.
I think I remember writing on your introduction post to say this journey can be a long one so getting stressed is the last thing you want to be doing.
You are only on your 1st month TTC you shouldn’t be arguing and putting pressure on him or yourself. This should be the fun times, it will only get harder if you carry on with the pressure and stress. Trust me I have been there. It’s not fun times. X

Thanks for the replys. We're still trying to have sex every other day. The arguments lasted a day and then we were over it. Hopefully it will stay that way. Thankyou and good luck x
