Ovulation charts

How do i make an ovulation and what do i have to include in it.

Ive never made one before. Does anybody use them and does it come handy to know your most fertile days.

I use fertility friend (well a lot of people on here do) and I find it very helpful to help me find ovulation, although the way it works out with tempretures(sp) it will tell you when you have ov a few days after you have ov if that makes sense? If you have a look at the chart stalker page and have a word with the ladies in there as they are all very helpful and clued up about charts etc.
