Hi ladies,
Just a quick question - it's going to sound silly really. After you've dtd, do you do anything in particular to try and help the conception process? I know they say to lay down for 10-15 minutes after but does this actually help?
Reason I ask is Sod's law, the week I'm meant to ovulate the other half is on call & I've hardly seen him. He managed to get away for a few hours this evening, but stupidly soon after I jumped in the bath and don't feel I gave it enough time to marinade if you know what I mean. I'm feeling a bit deflated because I feel like I wasted an opportunity so to speak.
Then I think I'm an idiot because my fitst daughter was a very happy surprise - so I obviously didn't do anything particular after sex then & still conceived. TTC has a way of making you doubt every little thing you do doesn't it?!![wall2 :wall2: :wall2:](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/icon_brickwall.gif)
sorry if it's a bit personal, just wondered if anyone does/avoids anything in particular afterwards?
