I brought Annabel Karmel's superfoods book today and found a great recipe but then realised i had been lookin in the 2-3years bit

I haven't made it but after reading the recipe again i can't see why she can't have it. Keeley wil be 14 months in a few days

This is what the recipe contains
*Chicken
*Chicken stock
*Broccoli
*Sweetcorn
*Sesame seeds

This is whats in the dressing
*Vegetable oil
*Runny honey
*Rice wine vinegar
*Soy sauce
*Ground pepper.

The only things i think she can't have are Sesame seeds and Soy sauce.. is this right? or can i make it?

Thanks in advance

I've made that receipe for Arianna and she loves it.... she can have it all inc the sesame seeds and soy

Oooh I love AK! I make her beef curry recipe (but substite beef with chicken and the cream with low fat creme fraiche) once a week  All of us love it :D

I've been wondering about what foods baby can have after 1 year old. I guess it is pretty much the same as the rest of the family? :D Sounds yummy!

We all love the chicken recipie out AKs book.

Good idea to use low fat creme fraiche instead of coconut milk Kina, I'll try that.

I have this book although I havn't made that recipe yet. I think that it should be fine for Keeley to eat. I would imagine that the recipe is only in that section as it could be too chewy or lumpy for some younger children to manage.
