Me and my OH got a Rottweiler puppy just before Christmas (OH's Christmas present)
He's getting bigger every day so just thought I'd share some photo's of him as he's absolutely adorable! He's around about 13 weeks old today and his name is Ned!

Here he is at 6 weeks old:

Awwwww :)
What a brilliant name too! Ned can be a pain in the arse sometimes but we've had puppies before and knew what to expect. Still potty training him at the moment also, some days he does really well but other days he goes all dopey and goes potty where he shouldn't! :wall2:

Thanks for the replies :)

Typical boy! Have you tried the little training pads you put near the back door?

I find boy dogs do get excited they lose all control of their bladder!puppy training pads are fab!I'm not a fan personally but my friend crate trained her rottie as they need strict boundaries!

Ahah, thanks girls :)
Yeah we tried the puppy training pads a few weeks ago.. I think it was a bit too early to be honest  Not sure if they'd have affect right now either :/ He is good usually! But he doesn't have great control of his bladder and I don't think he's learnt how to tell us he needs to go, as he walks around the house and dribbles a little from his winky! :shakehead:

But the back door is always open as my mother-in-law has a 10 month old border collie so he's out and about a lot. Ned is good for going out to pee if we sort of nudge him outside, although he has walked outside on his own a few times! :D

If you leave him in the house on his own, or go and eat our dinner and leave him in the hallway, he sort of gets his own back and goes potty in the house. I think dogs are more clever than we make them out to be :p
