Me poor hips!! Started off with my right hip, but now its both! Sooo sore!
Cant sleep on my sides without it absolutley caining me
And Im walking like a flaming duck

I feel like an old lady!!
THANK god Ive got another weeks holiday, but if this carries on how on earth am I gonna manage working for the last 4 weeks?

Oh hun it does sound like PGP! Have you spoke to the doc or MW? They can refer you to the physio! The strap they gave me always helped my hips but now it hurts my tum lol so I need something new!

Awww noooooo
I thought it would hurt in my pelvis (in the middle ya know) so was wishful thinking its wasnt it!!
Ive got real bad sciatica anyway, so coupled with this Im looking real graceful!!
Might see doc next week..will have to get signed off work if carries on, its all just too painful and restricting! No way I could care for patients everyday like this

My poor OH is gonna be coming home to his gran not his missus

SPD hurts your pubic bone but you can get PGP anywhere in your pelvis! This was how mine started! After a while it did begin to hurt my pubic bone too! TBH the hips pain was worse to me than the pubic pain! Thankfully mines not been too bad recently but now I have probably jinxed myself lol!
