i see my OC specialist on wednesday next week and he will book me in for the following week for my induction! :cheer:
i cannot wait now! the itching is driving me mad!

Wow so not long at all til you meet bub's :cheer: I hate feeling itchy at the best of times let alone having it a mojority of the time.

Its most likely baby enge=aging hun, ive found mine has been doing the same and has also started to engage

I've had these for the past few weeks...... like Mel said I think its babys head engaging/pressing against the cervix.....

although my notes still say that the babies head is at "the brim" lol!

Yep I have had this for nearly 3 weeks and it started when babies head started to engage ! which midwife said yesterday was a really good sign as first babies usually engage at 37 weeks ish ! so already engaged which is good !

They are bloody sore though!

Mine just changed position to head down this week. I'm not getting the same pains as you, but my pelvis is definitely getting sore in bed. I'm really looking forward to giving birth now!
Good luck with the induction; it must be quite nice knowing exactly which day you'll be giving birth :)

Thats not technically true first baies can engage alot earlier, i think minewas about 34 weeks ish, im lucky this ones engaging thb as they tend to wait til labour to engage :)

sorry  I dont really know ! Im new to this !was only going by what midwife said yesterday

My baby started engaging at 33-34 weeks, at my 34week check my notes say 4/5 palpable so I presume at the previous one that baby hadnt started and was just low

at least i know bubs is moving in the right direction, maybe i'll meet him sooner!?

I think I spoke too soon in my last reply; I got the same pains as you last night. But I see it as a positive sign anyway :)
