Ouch my Back

For past few days Baby has been really active and now it is currently on a nerve in my back and I have to say ITS KILLING ME. I just carnt get comfy.

My Husbands response was when I asked him to rub bottom of back 'get on all fours and gravity will move the baby'

OK Then.

Anyone any tips on how to reduce the pain. Warm bath worked for a while but pain is back with vengence

I use a wheat bag when things get too much or just sleep it off xx
